What can I expect from a class?
Dru yoga is a gentle flowing form of yoga that works through movement, breathing and meditation to improve flexibility and encourage relaxation.

Begin with grounding, strengthening and dynamic activation to warm up your muscles and joints. You will be guided through gentle warm up stretches that help your body move fluidly.
A Vinyasa is a fluid and dynamic form of yoga practice. Essentially you move from pose to pose in a flowing way, breathing and moving without holding the poses, strengthening yet fluid. Warming and mobilizing your joints, toning and strengthening, and encouraging energy to flow.
Each class includes integration exercises to balance both right and left hemispheres of the brain such as , yogic breathing, deep relaxation and meditation.
The classes are held in a beautiful, warm, light filled environment surrounded by nature and you will leave each session feeling energized yet calm, balanced, grounded and rejuvenated.
